After opening its first Colorado location in Colorado Springs, In-N-Out is ready to debut its third location in Lone Tree.
The California-based chain will debut its newest, and third location on Monday at 10 a.m. on East Westview Road next to Park Meadows Mall.
The 3,867 square foot establishment expects the restaurant in Lone Tree to be so busy that the design accommodations for the drive-thru lane can manage up to 26 vehicles, at one time.
Though dining on-site is currently unavailable, the Lone Tree location will feature a covered patio with arrangements for up to 20 guests, and indoor arrangements for up to 74 guests.
With the expectation of a busy opening, the City of Lone Tree has created a plan to deal with the influx of traffic for day of weeks to come. For the opening itself, Lone Tree has asked guests heading to In-N-Out to get off Interstate 25 at County Line Road, then turn on Yosemite Street to get in the line.
For those trying to make their way to other businesses in that area, Lone Tree advises guests to use other access points aside from Yosemite Street. To access Park Meadows Mall, consider using Park Meadows Center Drive, County Line Road, Chester Street, and Westview Road.
An 18-year veteran of the In-N-Out chain, Robert Dumont, will manage the Lone Tree location. The chain announced it would employ 80 workers, with a starting wage of $14.50 per hour.
The Lone Tree City council voted 5-0 in November of 2019 to approve the construction of the Park Meadows In-N-Out establishment. The space was previously occupied by Suds Factory Car Wash & Auto Detailing Center, located near East County Line Road and Yosemite Street. The car wash closed in January 2020 permanently to prepare for new construction.
In December of 2020, Colorado opened its first In-N-Out locations in Colorado Springs and Aurora. In addition to a 97,900 square foot distribution and production facility in Colorado Springs. This facility will act as an anchor for continued expansion within the region.
